Upptik’s mission is to enhance career planning for students and young adults by providing a supportive online community that helps them create, build, and share multimedia resumes while connecting with near-peers, mentors, and professionals.
Through the platform, users showcase skills, experiences, and interests, using video, images, and written content. They access guidance, mentorship, and resources to support informed educational and career decisions — all within a safe, engaging environment that respects their pace and individuality.
Every eligible Connecticut student or job seeker receives free access to career readiness resources, online community, and mentoring.
Near-peer mentoring and content creation roles give young adults real experience and intern credit while strengthening the community.
