What is Resumix™? It’s Upptik’s video-enhanced multimedia resume. It goes far beyond a traditional paper resume by including a candidate’s video introduction, skills demonstrations, project samples, credentials, a standard resume, and supporting documents — giving you a richer, more authentic view of a candidate’s abilities and potential so you can screen and hire faster and with greater confidence. Any applicant, of any age or experience level, can create and submit a FREE Resumix when applying for your opportunities.

Companies can create or claim their already-established free profile page on Upptik. Upptik routinely creates a free company profile page for area companies to support career exploration for students and job applicants who use the platform — you can claim and update an existing page, or create one if it doesn’t already exist.

This page gives your company year-round visibility to motivated Connecticut students, recent graduates, and job seekers exploring careers and openings on Upptik. Visitors can immediately learn about your mission, culture, values, career opportunities, and what it’s like to work at your organization — all in one welcoming place.

How to claim or create your page:

• You’ll receive an email from Upptik with a direct claim link.
• Click the link and log in with your company email.
• Create a secure password.
• Your page is now yours to customize and publish.
• When you visit or sign up at Upptik.com, look for your company page in the company directory. If it’s not there, follow a few simple steps to create your page using an existing template.

Once logged into your claimed page, you can instantly update:

• Company name, description & mission
• Logo and banner image
• Short company intro video (strongly recommended)
• Keywords for discoverability
• Website, email & contact information
• Your own FAQs and content sections

Changes go live immediately. A short, authentic intro video dramatically increases interest and engagement with the rising talent who visit your page.

No. Upptik’s virtual career fair and guidance session features are fully integrated into the platform — you can participate directly from your Upptik dashboard without a separate Zoom account. Many employers still use their existing Zoom for follow-up 1:1 conversations if they prefer.

Yes. There are no long-term contracts or commitments. You can upgrade, downgrade, pause, or cancel your paid recruiting subscription at any time directly from your account settings.

You can also unpublish your company page (hiding it from public view while preserving your data) or permanently delete your account and page — and republish later if your needs change. Full details are available in our Terms of Service.
