A private, online career exploration. mentoring and networking platform, where a supportive community and near-peer mentors who are students, workers, or trainees, guide youth in discovering their path, plotting their future, and preparing for what comes next.

By creating an Upptik Profile page, colleges, companies, and organizations can enjoy ongoing engagement with students and emerging talent, educating and motivating them with multimedia content, destination links, and all the information needed to discover colleges, work or skills training options.
Young Ambassadors from your organization are eligible to participate in the Upptik community to answer student questions, share their experience, attract talent, and offer guidance on snagging focused opportunities.
