For College Students: Are you majoring in communications, education, social sciences, health & human services, liberal arts, or business? Looking for fall intern credits? If you enjoy sharing knowledge and helping others, Upptik is for you. We need mentors to guide high school students and will train you to effectively take on the task.

Are You a Young Adult in Skills Training, the Trades, Workforce, or a Gap Year? Join Upptik to share your journey with high school students. While financial rewards come after the build phase, the chance to inspire and guide the next generation starts now. Be part of a community empowering teens with practical life knowledge.

Initially, Upptik is recruiting all types of Mentors on a volunteer or intern basis, with paid positions for select mentors to come.

Signing Up Is Easy

  1. Answer a few simple questions
  2. Record a brief video answering Upptik questions
  3. Submit verification docs and complete an online W9 after approval so you can be paid
  4. Complete a short online Mentor training
