Through sponsorships, donations, and grants, Upptik Gives, a 501c3 nonprofit, provides career exploration, mentoring services, and support for CT’s young, emerging workforce.

Upptik Gives partners with local educators, colleges, and companies on community and workforce development, and to generate myriad career pathways and options on a single platform.

Upptik makes it easy for CT’s rising talent to find suitable career pathways, and for employers to shape and nurture the future talent that will strengthen economic growth, along with career satisfaction and success.

New generations of students and young workers are digital natives who seek safe, trusted online community where they can explore career pathways and future solutions. High school students in particular are often overwhelmed while making consequential and often expensive decisions about future education and career decisions.

Upptik welcomes all CT youth from diverse communities and backgrounds, offers them guidance, and wraps them in the support, expert guidance, and authentic interactions they crave. 

On Upptik, a vibrant community of Content Creators and near-peer Mentors are on-hand to guide others in exploring a wide range of college, degrees, skills training, and work options, as they. build the skills needed to progress on their chosen path. This includes building a next-generation, dynamic and shareable Multimedia Resumé.
