If you run out of your monthly 15 free Mentor Minutes, don’t worry—more options are coming soon! You’ll be able to purchase additional Mentor Minute packs directly from your My Account dropdown or your My Upptik page. Until then, feel free to explore all the free content and community conversations available on the platform.
Yes, as long as you cancel no later than 24 hours before your session, you will not lose your Mentor Minutes. If you do not cancel within the cancellation period or you are a no-show for your session, your Mentor Minutes for that session will be deducted from your account. Upptik sends a calendar invite as well as several appointment reminders, and your booked Mentor Sessions are always visible on your My Upptik tab.
On the rare occasion when a Mentor misses a session, you will not lose your Mentor Minutes for that session, and a link will enable you to report that the Mentor is a no-show.
